Roof Structure, Bavaria
The roof structure serves to protect valuable inventory from weather conditions while enabling effective outdoor storage. The project involved comprehensive tasks including: detailed site assessment, structural calculations and dimensioning, precise fabrication drawings for manufacturing, detailed assembly plans for secure installation and planning and implementation were closely coordinated with the industrial plant's technical and logistical requirements.
Challenges
A key challenge was integrating the new steel roof structure into the existing industrial environment, characterized by limited space and dense infrastructure. The design required precise adaptation to existing structural interfaces and load-bearing limitations. Additionally, Bavaria's specific snow and wind load requirements demanded special consideration in the structural engineering and dimensioning.
