Service Platform, Bavaria
As part of our latest project, we planned an innovative steel platform for an industrial plant in Bavaria. This platform serves as an access and service platform for various production equipment, ensuring optimal accessibility and safety for employees. The steel platform is designed to meet the specific requirements of production processes while enabling efficient use of available space. It is equipped with a load-bearing capacity that meets the demands of different machines and equipment while allowing for easy maintenance and inspection.
Challenges
Integration into existing structures required precise planning and close coordination with the site manager to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations. Additionally, compliance with all relevant safety, health, and construction regulations necessitated thorough review of all structural aspects. Finally, tight time and budget constraints posed an additional challenge, requiring careful coordination of trades and strict adherence to the schedule to keep project costs within limits.
